Founded on 26th March 1991 by CA Sunil Kumar Jain, the firm has spent more than three decades building enduring relationships with its clients. What began as a dedicated practice has matured into a full-service Chartered Accountancy firm spanning audit and assurance, taxation, corporate compliance, valuation, Virtual CFO solutions, and strategic advisory.
Our work is independently quality-assured: the firm is certified under the Peer Review Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. For our clients, that certification is third-party confirmation of the discipline behind every engagement.
